During your 1-on-1 session

We’ll work together to evaluate your body’s unique movement patterns and alignment, and I'll identify any patterns that could impact your birth.

  • Evaluation: I’ll assess your alignment, body movements, and posture through learning about your history and looking at your body in movement and at rest.

  • Customized Plan: Based on the evaluation,  an individualized movement  plan tailored to your body’s needs.

  • Hands-On Techniques: Suggestions of specific positions or hands-on techniques to release tension and optimize your body for birth.

The Body Ready Assessment is a personalized evaluation of your alignment and movement patterns during pregnancy and postpartum. It will prepare your body for birth by:

60-90 Minute Initial Assessment 

A one-on-one, personalized Zoom call with me to evaluate your history, your body’s needs, discuss positioning, and go over techniques to optimize comfort and progress during labor.

Personalized movement Plan

Detailed personalized plan including tips,, movements, and exercises that are unique to your body and birth goals.

30- Minute Zoom follow up

A follow up Zoom call to help with any issues or to update your plan.
